I bring over 20 years’ experience in building trusted relationships and high-performing motivated teams, and delivering winning solutions across multiple industries.Given my track record of successful delivery of application and infrastructure projects, efficient processes, cost reduction, standards and policies at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service, I was promoted from VP Operations/Engineering to CIO in 2011. As CIO in three previous companies covering the Construction, Logistics, and Retail industries. I exceeded expectations by always treating my business peers and primary vendors as trusted partners and leveraging the latest technology to meet or exceed the goals and objectives of the enterprise. I started my career as a management consultant at Arthur Andersen’s MIC consulting division (now Accenture) where I learned the importance of providing outstanding client service and how to correctly manage medium and large projects to a successful completion. I was then recruited by one of my clients, General Mills Restaurants (now Darden), where I was moved annually through various IT, accounting and finance management positions as part of a fast track executive program.
