Being a life-long learner, I love trying and experiencing new things; my career path is evidence of this. With a love for math (algebra rocks) and problem-solving instilled in me at an early age, it only made sense that my education and background started out in the finance and accounting fields. But having an innate curiosity for people and their interactions led me to shift over to the Human Resources world. This transition made sense to me, because throughout my whole life I've had a passion for helping people. But rather than helping people become more cost-efficient or profitable, I found a lot more satisfaction in helping setting people up for success. Today, I have the pleasure of doing so by helping people advance in their job career. My name is Tim, and I am a recruiter.
