How does the free trial work?

If a free trial is available for your account, your card will not be charged upon subscribing to a plan. It will be charged at the end of the trial period. If you cancel your trial within the first 7 days, you will not be charged.

What is a credit?

Understanding the importance of accurate and valid email addresses, we charge only for searches resulting in fully verified emails. A fully verified email is a high-quality address with an average delivery rate of 97% and meets the following criteria: confirmation of its existence by the receiving email server, the presence of many emails with the same pattern on the same domain, and appearance of the email on a relevant web page.

Are the same searches counted each time?

No. The same email searches are counted only once per year to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness in your searches.

Can I buy credits just once?

Absolutely. You can start a new subscription on any plan and cancel it once you've completed your work. This way, you only pay for what you need.

What happens to my unused credits?

All Anymail finder credits have an expiration date: monthly for monthly plans and yearly for yearly plans. Any unused credits will roll over to the next billing period, provided you maintain an active subscription and do not downgrade your plan.

Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time and continue using your credits until the end of your current billing period. If you upgrade, your billing cycle will restart immediately, and you'll have access to your new credits right away. If you downgrade, you risk losing any rolled-over credits from previous billing periods.

Can I share my account with my team?

Yes, you can! You're encouraged to invite team members and share your account credits with them for collaborative work.
