Same list. More deliverable emails.
Every email we return is verified live when you search and backed by our 97%+ delivery guarantee.
Why we find emails others can't.
Most tools stop at the easy addresses. We verify the harder cases live, so we find emails they return as “risky,” “unknown,” or “not found.”
Most tools
- Read from a database that has gone stale
- Skip catch-all domains as risky
- Pad the number with guesses
Anymail Finder
- Live, not cached. Every address is verified against the recipient’s mail server.
- Catch-alls cracked. We confirm the addresses others skip.
- No guesses counted. We only report addresses that pass live verification.

FAQs
Is the coverage test free?
Yes. The coverage test is completely free — no signup, no credit card. We’ll email your results so you can compare them with your current tool.
Do you store my list?
We only use your file to run the coverage test and email your results. We never sell or share uploaded data, and uploads are handled under the same GDPR-compliant process as the rest of Anymail Finder.
Will you email the contacts in my list?
No. We only use your file to run the coverage test and send the results to you. We never contact anyone on your list.
How does the coverage test work?
Upload a CSV or Excel file with up to 5,000 rows. We run every contact through our live finding-and-verification pipeline, then email your coverage rate: the share of your list that came back with a verified email.
How big a list can I test?
The free coverage test accepts up to 5,000 rows per upload — enough for a solid read on your data. For larger lists or ongoing volume, you can run the full list once you have an account.
Will it work on my list?
Most lists do. The test auto-maps your columns and supports person, company, and decision-maker searches. You can upload standard CSV or Excel exports from Sales Navigator, your CRM, or an enrichment tool.
What is a good email coverage rate?
For a typical B2B prospecting list, anything above 70% verified and deliverable is strong. Most database-first tools land around 35–55% once guesses and risky catch-alls are removed.
Why do most tools miss half my list?
They rely on databases that go stale as people change jobs, and they often flag catch-all domains as "risky" instead of checking them live. That leaves real, reachable contacts out of your results.
What is the difference between finding and verifying?
Finding locates the most likely address for a person or company. Verifying checks that address live against the recipient’s mail server to confirm it can receive mail. We do both on every contact — so every email we report has passed verification.
What does a bad list cost me?
Low coverage means fewer people reached. Guessed or stale addresses also raise bounce rates, hurt your sender reputation, and can push future campaigns toward spam. A verified list protects deliverability and gets more of your emails in front of real prospects.
