Hi, I’m Adam, a designer who loves to solve problems and achieve results. I have the ambition and personal drive to take on a lot, keep organized and find success. I Keep a laser focus on the end results and finding customer satisfaction.I am a collaborator who builds solid relationships with all stakeholders, making sure to get everyone on the same page, usually by pushing everyone to the white board and making sure we get to the best answer.You hear me say the phrase ‘Ideas over Egos’ quite a bit. These aren't just some fancy words that sound good together, rather a mentality I coach and live by. I believe that being a designer is far different that an artist. My creations are built through storytelling and teamwork to solve problems, not to sit back and admire. They are organic and ever evolving based on feedback. I’m multi-lingual - I speak business, designer and developer.I think through problems - I consider all angles.I keep the end in mind - What’s the best outcome and how can we practice a minimum viable product (MVP) approach.I ask why - If you don’t ask, you don’t really know.I promote a design first mentality - Most people are visual. Starting with design usually means you are thinking emphatically.I draw solutions - Literally at a whiteboard most of my day.I’m a veteran - Over 15 years of experience in design.
