Youfit Health Clubs is a healthcare organisation which located in Deerfield Beach, FL.

Throughout my 20 year career in the Fitness Industry, I have held most every position at the club level as well as Regional level. My experience has prepared me for an overall understanding of the consumer, employee and fitness industry. In my current role as Executive Operations Director at Youfit Health Clubs I am responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of locations throughout the United States as well the training and development of all Regional Managers and Senior Regional Managers. I work directly with the Chief Operations Officer as well as the Executive Management Team to develop and integrate strategies and new programs to ensure company financial targets are are met. I believe in inspiring and motivating employees through continued learning and educating while ensuring the company operates within the core values.
