Currently building & managing the Enterprise Customer Success Team at GoCardless (8 CSMs across the UK, DACH & FR). Responsibilities include: Operational structure & rigour, team strategy, commercial management (retention, NAR, NRR) coaching & personal development, cross-functional process. We’re a global leader in account-to-account payments, making it easy to collect both recurring and one-off payments directly from customers' bank accounts. We process billions of payments a year across our customer base with my team driving the success and growth of merchants like Ovo Energy, Klarna and Zopa with GC.
