I have been practicing in Taxation and Finance in excess of 30 years. We have all grown together. I mainly practice with the $5m-$50m net worth client who look to me to assist in decision support. I often assist clients in all aspects of transactions, negotiating, documenting, financing and settling. Transactions have ranged from $1m to $250m and I often assist in transactions in excess of $50m. My real expertise is in understanding client's and their business needs. I can bring in contacts to ensure we always use "best of breed" in transacting. Some of my clients are leaders in their field and run significant companies (private, foreign and listed). I assist a number of Public company directors in structuring and taxation.
