I have a passion for mentoring and developing my teams, giving the support and encouragement throughout the grass roots of the team from the top to the bottom is so important everyone's role is important to making the team and warehouse perform to the highest standards. Played a part in successfully turning around the Zara contract resulting in the site winning the NDL National Site of the year 2014.
