Have worked in the Lloyd's market since 1989 with roles in Underwriting, Reinsurance, MIS, Process Change & E-Placing/Acord Messaging. Following the XL acquisition of Catlin I am transitioning into the Reinsurance IT Division leading a team of project managers.In my prior Senior Project Management role the key initiatives I have worked on are:○Portal/Guidewire Implementation○Lloyd's Direct Reporting○Lloyd's Data Standards Framework Implementation ○Global Claims System Selection○Electronic Placement ImplementationI have a wide ranging knowledge of the business & the ability to develop/build/manage/implement process change.In the future I am interested in moving into portfolio management.
