-Develop regional, global and market-specific communication strategies to support business objectives and growth plans for individual North America-based commercial insurance business segments, as part of a global communications team -Initiate a broad range of integrated marketing communications initiatives including collateral materials, website content, social media engagement, content marketing, and targeted emails and account-based marketing campaigns -Manage media relationships to support colleagues' external communication and media activities including print/video interviews, awards submissions, editorial engagements/media backgrounders, and speaking engagements -Support communications activities for corporate initiatives including HR programs (i.e. Diversity & Inclusion), business acquisitions and related integration communication, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, Investor Relations, including earnings and dividend announcements-Write articles and thought leadership commentaries for business leaders to showcase industry expertise in various segments of insurance and risk management-Manage content development for award-winning thought leadership website, Fast Fast Forward; working with in-house communications and marketing team and a network of freelance writers -Support social media initiatives and day-to-day engagement on LinkedIn and Twitter-Provide business leaders internal and external communication guidance and hands-on support including speech writing, blogging and public presentation prep-Engage with crisis management/business continuity teams for 20 offices in US, Canada and BermudaSpecialties: risk communication, environmental issues communication, crisis management, content marketing, social media marketing, media relations, editing
