Matt Horner is World Wide Technology’s Senior Vice President of Global Enterprise Sales. In this position, Horner has strategic planning, financial, personnel, operations, customer and partner relationship responsibilities. Horner leads a sales, engineering and consulting team team focused on the development and growth of new business within large enterprise customers throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia Pacific. Horner has been with WWT since 1999. In his previous positions with WWT, Horner was VP of WWT's Engineering and Professional Services Organization. Starting with just 6 engineers, this services organization is now over 800 employees. He also was the Executive Alliance Leader for WWT’s relationship with Cisco Systems. During this period, WWT grew its business as a Cisco partner from $50 Million to over $2 Billion in sales of Cisco solutions. In 2009, Horner was the co-lead along with WWT’s CFO, Tom Strunk, on the due diligence and successful integration of WWT’s first 2 acquisitions in its 20 year history. Most recently, Horner led Sales for WWT's U.S. East, UK and Asia Pacific. In 2010, Horner was recognized by the St. Louis Business Journal as one of its top “40 under 40” young executives in the St. Louis Metropolitan area. Horner is involved in a number of charitable organizations throughout St. Louis and New York City including United Way, and and is the Vice Chairman of the Board for NPower.org. Horner also started the St. Louis Chapter of NPower and currently serves as its Board Chair. In addition, Horner serves on the Board of Global Fintech Venture Firm SixThirty. Horner was born and resides in St. Louis and graduated from Loyola University in New Orleans with a degree in International Business Management.
