Manage progressive integration of digital solutions into the fabric of the Customer experience through enterprise-wide employee and Customer digital awareness and training. By assessing the current status of an organization's digital knowledge base of Customers and employees, a strategic plan is made to create dynamic and interactive digital education for each segment. Have presented digital transformation strategy to most levels and Departments of organization to gain support for initiative. Digital solution education of Customer-facing employees includes digital product usage and troubleshooting, as well as communication skills to engage Customers on such. An integral part of employee education involves an understanding of how to break down each digital solution so as to be able to cleanly and adeptly teach Customers how to master these products and leverage them to their fullest. Includes transforming the Customer-employee relationship from transactional to consultative, thereby creating the 'trusted advisor" role. Have created digital educational materials in the form of both Customer and employee eBooks and interactive presentations via videos and slideshows. Conduct various community outreach initiatives in compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act to provide education on finances, digital banking solutions, cyber security and data privacy, as well as assistance in opening accounts and providing loan opportunities.
