Hello! I am Mrs. Teresa L. Richter, BFA, MS Currently a Coordinator and Faculty Lecturer in the Department of Business Technologies for Graphic Design and Multimedia at Wright State University-Lake Campus. I also hold the Director position of The ONEIL Center at Wright State University-Dayton Campus. In this role, I oversee the managerial operations and assist our intern students to develop their skills to support clients through innovative experiential learning experiences. Both in the classroom and in mentoring, my teaching methods focus on building knowledgeable leaders in the latest field of cutting edge technology. I have over 30 years of experience in Graphic Design and Multimedia in the field. With a Master degree in Curriculum with a specialization in Educational Computing, Design and Online learning, it has given me a broad experience in curriculum development as well as instructional design. Continuing to be a better version of my leadership self, I am currently working on my EdD in Organizational Leadership at WSU. My professional experiences range in being a corporate designer for various companies to also being a consultant to training designers in the field on technology in the field. I currently am appointed as a Subject Matter Expert Panel Review member for approving courses for articulation for the state of Ohio Higher Ed Board of Regents. I had served this position as well as a CTAG Item Writer in the courses of Visual Media for the past 5 and 7 years respectively.
