A Carnegie-classified research university, Wright State University's main campus is 12 miles northeast of downtown Dayton, Ohio, near the historic landmarks where the Wright brothers taught the world to fly. The university operates a branch campus, Wright State University-Lake Campus, on the shores of Grand Lake St. Marys in Celina, Ohio. Wright State serves nearly 18,000 students and offers more than 190 undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, and professional degree programs through eight colleges and three schools, including Professional Psychology and the Boonshoft School of Medicine.

More than two decades of experience in marketing, communications, writing, editing, and social media. Prior to Rushlight Ventures, I was a leader in the evolution of Wright State University into a powerhouse in forward-thinking, data-driven marketing. The Wright State marketing office functions as a high-volume, in-house creative agency, supporting more than 120 departments across multiple campuses and hundreds of partners. Part of what enables my success is a high degree of empathy combined with expertise in strategic marketing and communications. My creative drive is consistent, and my messaging is persuasive and intelligent, using a relatable style to boost response rates.
