I have had the honor and privilege to serve in the U.S. Military and the Department of Defense, and to have honed my skills throughout an exciting and successful public/private sector career within multiple critical industries. As a positive agent of change, I have led, promoted, and supported multiple business and new technology transformations throughout my career. I rely heavily upon Enterprise Architecture (EA) principles which I have acquired throughout years of experience and training. I have also maintained my CORE principles to keep a 360-degree perspective on people, process, and technology relationships and potential impacts. My individual CORE principles are “pay attention to detail”, “maintain situational awareness”, “recognize sense of urgency” and “consider cause and effect”. These CORE plus standard EA principles help keep me focused on doing the right things, the right way, at the right time. I have successfully architected, promoted, and supported business and digital transformations by developing and working closely with teams, associates, business owners, stakeholders, and vendors. Building teams, relationships, and ownership has proven to be the most contributing factor to successful transformations. It is my daily objective to bring an organizational anticipatory perspective, while applying enterprise architecture models. I have found this to be the formula to successfully contribute to the deployment of powerful, sustainable, and extendable solutions.
