Within these innovative and rapidly changing organizations, my aim is always to ensure that team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide customers or patients the highest quality of service possible. I empower teams by assessing strengths and gaps, developing and producing L&D assets and curriculum, while promoting knowledge sharing, 360 feedback, and the creation of sustainable solutions. I believe L&D should lead the creation of smarter systems, efficient processes, and solid measurement frameworks - resulting in: increased engagement, quality improvement, revenue growth, employee engagement, and strategy development.
