Anne Heathcock has 25 years of law firm marketing and business development experience, having joined Winston & Strawn in 1994. She currently serves as the firm’s managing director for marketing. In this role, she works directly with Winston’s leadership team in implementing firm-wide strategic marketing objectives, including client targeting and client feedback programs, visibility-raising activities, and office specific strategic plans. She is responsible for Winston’s marketing data analytics and technology function. She was involved in building the firm's award-winning web site. She works directly with practice group leaders on strategy, new business generation, client relationship management, integrating new lateral partners, and positioning in the market. The global practice team she leads serves the intellectual property, energy, labor and employment, environmental, and executive compensation practice groups. Ms. Heathcock also oversees and works closely with the firm's marketing staff on technology-related efforts, including the firm’s strategic business intelligence gathering and InterAction functions. In addition, she collaborates with the firm's Learning & Development team on business development training and coaching programs.
