Trisha has over 14 years of experience as Human Resources professional with proficiency in HR Information Systems, Performance Management, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Benefits, and Payroll Management. Trisha has a proven track record of management and implementation of HR business systems applications related to workforce management namely Ultimate Software, SuccessFactors, and Workday. Trisha is Director of Human Resources and Payroll Operations for Wibur-Ellis, a San Francisco privately owned global company founded in 1921 with over $3 billion revenue. As Director of HR and Payroll Operations, Trisha provides leadership to the HR and Payroll Operations Department focusing on HRIS, Compensation, Payroll and Benefits management. Trisha continues to navigate between both academia and corporate by keeping her passion for teaching as an Adjunct Professor of graduate courses in Human Resources Management at Golden Gate University. She began her career in education as an Associate Professor at the University of the Philippines where she taught Communications to undergraduate students and later joined Golden Gate University Faculty in San Francisco, CA. Trisha received her MS degree in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University in San Francisco and her Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of the Philippines.
