Hotels are my passion. Since the age of 16, I have worked in almost every role in a hotel. This gives me the most interesting perspective of the job that I love. I have walked in the shoes of all those around me and with an empathy, true empathy that cannot be read from a book or taught in a class, I help to unite those around me to create a service culture that is infectious. My experiences have allowed me to connect with those working for me in a way that I cannot teach, though I try.
