I graduated Michigan State University in 2000 with a degree in Engineering adding a Cognate in Supply Chain Management. The first 5 years of my professional career I had the opportunity to work in a North American Truck Assembly Plant for General Motors. From there I spent the next 2 years in a central office Procurement and Supply Chain function supporting our Metal and Stamping Centers. Also during this time I received my MBA from Oakland University in 2003. In 2007, I began working for Whirlpool Corporation in their North American Supply Chain group. There I held roles of increasing responsibility ranging from Production Planning for Front Load Laundry to leading a team that managed the Supply Chain Operations and Forecasting efforts of our largest trade customer. In May of 2011, Whirlpool appointed me to be the Senior Manager in charge of Cost Leadership for the Cooking category where I was responsible for coordinating the cost efforts of our cross functional team. The summer of 2012 I was asked to manage the Category and Merchandising efforts for Top Mount Refrigerators, Freezers, and Built-In Refrigeration products. In Aug 2014 I was promoted to the Director of Sales Strategy & Operations for our Lowe's business. In this position I led our Strategy & Operations efforts with Lowe's playing a vital role in us being named the overall Vendor of the Year at the Fall 2018 annual Vendor Forum. In January of 2019 I took over our Kitchen Appliance business for the Hope Depot account. In my two and a half years on the account we successfully completed 5 product line reviews protecting and gaining flooring and also helping my customer and team manage through the supply disruptions from the pandemic. The summer of 2021 I was tapped to lead our journey to transform our Supply Chain network to match our corporate long term strategies based on the ever changing landscape (D2C, Omni-Channel, traditional Brick & Mortar, and Builder). I was able to build a team both direct and matrixed to organize initiatives based on 3rd party recommendations and institutionalize structure and controls for organizing and sequencing projects and deliverables. In January of 2023 I was appointed to lead the Central Region of our Retail & Builder business. Here I lead of team of sales professionals focused on growing our joint business with our retail and builders customers across the Central United States.
