Ben is a seasoned marketing strategist and leader with more than 23 years of experience elevating the performance of organizations in the areas of market share, revenue generation and competitive ranking. His expertise in strategic planning, research, branding and personnel management stem from his marketing background. Most recently Ben worked for Ashcroft Capital. He lead all marketing efforts. Implemented several successful lead conversion funnels. He also built and managed a strong team of marketers. He managed a multi million dollar budget, focused on producing the best returns for lead generation. Prior to Ashcroft Ben work at BHFM. His efforts as the Marketing Director, help build a solid foundation and helped increase revenue significantly year over year. His efforts included retail financial services marketing as well as recruiting marketing for the wholesale side of the business. Previous to working at BHFM, he worked a Marketing Director, B2B at Colibri Group, where he led the marketing team within their Financial Service group, as well as all B2B marketing teams across the corporation. Ben worked for Wells Fargo Advisors on their FA Marketing team. His role was programs and content, as well as managing outside relationships with a handful of agencies and vendors. In his time a Wells Fargo, he managed the refresh of over 1000 pieces of content, develop over 100 pieces of content, streamlined processes for the marketing programs. Ben also worked as a Regional Marketing Director for Money Concepts for six and a half years. While there he fueled a 67% increase in gross production through strategic planning, coaching and proven business building tactics. Some of those tactics include direct marketing, relationship marketing and event/seminar management. Before his stint as Marketing Director, Ben worked for Bill Good Marketing as Assistant Director of Marketing Support and Senior Onsite Consultant. Bill Good Marketing is a database and consulting service provider for the financial services industry. For the six total years he worked for Bill, Ben served as a “marketing and operations coach” for several hundred financial advisors, developed strategic marketing plans, and ran a number of the staff and client based training programs. Ben has also owned his own consulting company and worked for various other companies in marketing and sales roles.
