I have 20 years of experience in property management. Starting in 1994 as a part-time leasing agent, I have since worked in several positions within the company as an Assistant Manager, On-Site Manager, District Residential Manager and currently as a Regional Property Manager with Weigand-Omega Management Inc. I am a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, I served as President of the local chapter from Nov 2010 until Nov 2012 and still serve on the board. I have earned the designation of Certified Property Manager through this nationally recognized organization of property management professionals . My accreditations also include the title of Certified Occupancy Specialist from the National Center of Housing Management. I specialize in working with federally subsidized properties, including project based section 8 programs.
