What I am passionate about... SCIENCE Science is at the root of all human understanding. We are constantly learning by experimenting and observing the results. Having an advanced science background with experience in the consumer product industry has excelled my understanding of developing products now and for the future. MINDFULNESS Our minds are full of thoughts constantly throughout the day. In order to focus on what is important and maximize the effectiveness of the working mind, one must train to be more mindful. I have learned that even ten minutes of mindful activities a day can change the way you think and perform on the job. Meditation has increased my creativity, focus, and determination on any task. PHILOSOPHY Everything we are taught had to start from a thought. A simple thought that grew to become a spectrum of knowledge. Sometimes it is important to understand where knowledge stems from to fully comprehend the complex. Having a philosophical background has helped me understand how to approach complex problems by breaking them down into simpler components first.
