Welcome to Waupaca Foundry, our company is the world largest Manufacturers and grey iron castings suppliers. We take pride in producing best-in-class gray iron, ductile iron and compacted graphite iron castings.

Managed strategic initiatives, global IT and business process transformation and enterprise business solutions (SAP). Hands-on leader known as a creative planner and proven decision maker delivered annual savings exceeding $65.0M over the past ten years. Driving the ”Value Proposition” • Business Innovation – directed a customer service/sales strategy; nurtured and educated executive management team to leverage technology as a business enabler; collaborated with and aligned key stakeholders; delivered an industry leading customer facing B2B solution and processed 70% of orders electronically. Annual savings - $7M • Leadership – transformed shared services team into a global organization. Developed Infrastructure Strategy delivering an expanded product and service portfolio; performance metrics; a process improvement program based on prevention; a global data center; and retired five data centers.
