Leadership is a skill that must be nurtured and worked on as much as one needs to stay connected to their area of expertise. I am a strong leader because I have a strong team and our collaboration allows us to take on any challenge with intelligence and enthusiasm. I have a strong mind, I am able to sift through the clutter, understand the essence of the situation. I believe in the need to clearly understand the problem and what results you want before developing the strategy. I believe that a good strategy is only as good as its execution.
