Phillip Grice is a Member in Warren Averett’s audit practice. He has extensive experience in directing and supervising audits of privately-owned businesses, not-for-profit organizations and governmental entities. He has experience in a variety of industries including healthcare, construction, distribution, and manufacturing. Phillip’s experience also includes agreed upon procedures, acquisitions and due diligence and audits, reviews and compilations of privately held companies. He received his B.S. in Accounting and Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Troy University.
