Established in 1972, Ware Malcomb is an international design firm providing planning, architecture, interior design, branding and civil engineering services to commercial real estate and corporate clients. With 22 office locations throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Panama, the firm specializes in the design of commercial office, corporate, industrial, science & technology, healthcare, retail, auto, public/educational facilities and renovation projects. Ware Malcomb was among the top 25 architecture/engineering firms in Building Design+Construction magazine Es 2016 Giants 300 ranking and the top 40 interior design firms in Interior Design magazine Es 2017 Top 100 Giants.

A member of the firm's Executive Team, Ruth provides direction and coaching to Ware Malcomb's leaders throughout the firm's 22 offices. Ruth has played a key role in the company's transformation to an international design firm. As Chief Marketing Officer, Ruth oversees strategy, marketing, PR and communications for Ware Malcomb. Additionally, she is involved in organizational development, and leads people and leadership initiatives within the firm. She developed an innovative strategic planning process, leadership training program and mentoring program. She facilitates annual leadership meetings, and mentors several WM leaders. Ruth is both an accomplished speaker, and gifted writer. She has given numerous presentations and has been published on digital marketing and leadership topics. She co founded Women Leaders Connect and in 2016 was honored by the Internet Marketing Association with a Women Leaders Award. In 2017 she was recognized via Science of Digital Marketing as one of the Top 50 Most Influential CMO's and Marketing Leaders for 2016.
