Stores, commonly known as supermarkets, food stores, and grocery stores, primarily engaged in the retail sale of all sorts of canned foods and dry goods, such as tea, coffee, spices, sugar, and flour; fresh fruits and vegetables; and fresh and prepared meats, fish, and poultry.

As Chief Financial Officer of Wakefern, Doug Wille is responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the company’s operations at the retail, wholesale and corporate levels. He joined Wakefern in September 1976 as an Internal Auditor and has since held a variety of progressively responsible positions including Manager of the Grocery Operations, Internal Audit, Financial Planning and Control divisions, Director of Corporate Accounting and Vice President of Corporate Finance. Mr. Wille received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bernard Baruch College of the City University of New York and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Wagner College in Staten Island, New York. He also holds a CPA Certification, licensed in both New York and New Jersey.
