I'm responsible for e-commerce strategy, I'm Product Owner for online/app member experience and I provide leadership and oversight of our Contact Center. I'm also part of our Member Solutions Team responsible for a consistent member experience across channels. Under my leadership, we've developed a fully responsive online banking site with full access to all our tools and transactions on mobile/tablet devices and desktop/laptop computers. More recently, we have leveraged our responsive site in our iOS and Android apps to support our online access with one set of code for all devices and our mobile apps. In the past, I led the expansion our online offerings to include our own in-house developed personal financial management application within our online banking, online mortgage and consumer loan applications (with online approvals), a completely automated online new membership application and multiple enhancements to our online banking system including real-time account opening and e-statements and alerts. I led the effort to implement multi-factor authentication and we became one of the first financial institutions in the country to have a fully implemented solution in 2005. We have enhanced this to provide full out-of-band multi factor authentication via SMS, voice, and Google Authenticator.
