Ken is an experienced business leader and technology strategist with more than 20 years of transformation leadership experience gained as CIO and executive advisor for companies domestically and internationally. Ken uses his extensive experience in people leadership, business operations and technology innovation to partner with CIOs, CXOs and their leadership teams to help them develop effective plans and strategies to achieve meaningful results in their respective businesses. Ken was the CIO at Global Partners LP, a Fortune 500 midstream logistics and energy products marketing company, where he was responsible for leading, developing and implementing the business technology strategy during four years of unprecedented growth where the company revenues more than tripled. This included the successful integration of multiple acquisitions and the implementation of supply chain technologies necessary to support dramatic geographic and line of business expansion. His successful track record as a business leader and technology strategist includes serving as Partner at Lyland Associates, Inc. where he managed the business technology division of the company’s energy practice. This included leading the development and implementation of an internally built Energy Trading and Risk Management System (ETRM) for a client. Ken is recognized as an industry thought leader, is a regular speaker at business and association conferences, and has been featured in multiple media publications. He is actively involved in his local SIM Chapter and serves as a mentor and coach for aspiring IT leaders.
