Working for the United Utilities Group as Customer Service & People Director, Louise has held a number of senior positions at North West Water, Norweb Plc, Vertex Data Science and United Utilities. Leading Strategy, Operations, Customer Service and People capabilities both here in the UK and internationally for a number of well-known utility and retail brands, Louise has a strong track record defining and delivering transformational change - enabling people, process and technology change in complex markets to improve services and profitability. Louise is passionate about leading diverse and high performing teams and a huge advocate of the power of inclusion and employee engagement to drive superior business performance, and is a Non-Executive Director of Engage for Success as well as a Vice President of the Institute of Customer Service. Louise is also listed in the Northern Power Women, Power List, as a leading female executive using her skills, capability and passion to influence positive change for women in business.
