Having started life as a journalist many moons ago, my career has since evolved to senior strategic roles within the utility sector in the realms of media relations and reputation management to customer marketing and communications and employee engagement and change. I am also accountable for digital services and their development, enabling a better experience for customers or colleagues. I could go on - but I won't!
