In particular, I have extensive experience with New Talent and Leadership Development in NGO's and International organizations. I am passionate about international development and contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals. I am currently a manager within the Talent Development Unit of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). My unit aims to promote a continuous, self-driven learning culture for our 17.000 colleagues working across 170 countries. I have lived and worked in France, USA, Ireland, Mexico, Denmark, and the French West Indies. I hold a MA in in International Relations & Development from the University of Aalborg, Denmark, as well as a BA in Political Science from Science Po Toulouse, France.
