As an executive director at McCann Erickson, group account leader at TBWA /Tequila in Singapore and Publicis Mojo in New Zealand. Recruited, trained and led cross-functional teams that developed electronic, print and digital campaigns for organizations such as OCBC, MasterCard, LG, HP, Visa, INSEAD, Coca-Cola and Bluebird Foods.. As an Executive Director at McCann Erickson I was part of the global team managing the MasterCard account for APMEA (Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa). Leading projects and teams from Greater China, India, Africa, Middle East, Australia/New Zealand, Korea/Japan and South East Asia with responsibilities for directing all the individual agencies, media groups, and country teams to bring together global communication campaigns. (Region covers 28 countries with 7 key sub regional teams (40 people) reporting to the regional centre based in Singapore). Serve on the SWHF working committee at SCWO (Singapore Council for Women’s Organization’s) which launched the first repository of stories of pioneering women in Singapore. The book and website launched with 108 inspiring stories to be shared with Libraries and schools within Singapore.
