Mr. Casado is a seasoned finance and investor relations executive responsible for planning and executing Tutor Perini's (NYSE: TPC) comprehensive IR program, with a goal of promoting increased investor understanding and interest in the Company.Prior to his current position, Mr. Casado worked at Tetra Tech (NASDAQ: TTEK), where he served in various operational, financial, and project management positions of increasing responsibilities. Most recently, Mr. Casado served as a unit controller responsible for the P&L management of Tetra Tech BAS, where he oversaw the financial performance of hundreds of consulting and engineering projects, and analyzed, prepared, and provided monthly and quarterly financial reports.Mr. Casado also served as Tetra Tech's investor relations officer and was responsible for planning and directing the Company's IR program. As an expert knowledge purveyor with a deep company and industry understanding, he served as Tetra Tech's primary point of contact with shareholders and prospective investors, and fostered close relationships with the global investment community. Mr. Casado's IR work involved interacting with analysts, portfolio managers, and other financial professionals to proactively communicate the Company's vision, performance, strengths, and opportunities. Mr. Casado also directed the preparation of the Company's annual reports and other shareholder documents and was involved in the preparation of various SEC filings. He managed Tetra Tech's Investor Relations website and directed the Company's e-proxy solicitation process.Mr. Casado also supported Tetra Tech's active Mergers & Acquisitions program by conducting strategic assessments, performing financial valuations, and developing term sheets/offer letters for target companies. His work in this area contributed toward the successful acquisitions of more than 25 companies representing more than $900 million in combined revenue.
