Angeline is a leadership coach, management and strategy consultant, angel investor, and entrepreneur. She has extensive experience advising and working with executives, entrepreneurs, senior managers, and boards of directors on cutting-edge issues and sectors ranging from sustainable business, finance, philanthropy, technology, and policy. She specializes in coaching leaders, identifying high impact opportunities and efficiencies, managing transitions, designing and launching new market-based initiatives, scaling start-up organizations, developing senior management teams and board of directors, and building internal and external, public-private stakeholder engagement.As a Senior Associate at CEA, Angeline focuses on leadership development, board recruitment and development, strategic planning, management consulting, and executive recruiting for foundations, nonprofits, and NGOs, as well as sustainable business strategies for for-profit clients. Prior to joining CEA, Angeline was a Principal at Barclays Global Investors where she was responsible for creating and implementing the Environmental and Philanthropy strategies for a newly established Corporate Social Responsibility initiative, working in the US and the UK. Additionally, she was an Associate and founding member of the Environmental Strategy Group and Center for Environmental Markets at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York. Angeline started as an Analyst in the Fixed Income, Currency & Commodities division focused on securities sales and trading management. Prior to her career in finance, Angeline was a Resource Manager at IT Convergence, a start-up consulting and service provider partner to Oracle Corporation, where she focused on business development and technical recruiting both in the US and Asia.Additionally, Angeline can be found dj'ing, volunteering, travelling, playing in the ocean and mountains, and spending quality time with family and friends.
