Ewelina Aiossa is a noted beauty authority, brand strategist, and an experienced C-suite marketing executive with a demonstrated history of brand successes and strategic roadmap creation. She began her career in the beauty sector as one of the original executive team members at Topix Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a #1 custom-branded skincare provider, contract manufacturer and R&D partner to many established beauty brands. A visionary with the ability to consistently deliver tangible results, operational insight, and collaborative leadership style, she was recruited to help the professional skincare brand SkinCeuticals (L’Oréal) elevate marketing and spearhead innovation inclusive of medical devices and topical skincare. As the brand’s AVP Marketing, she was at the forefront of defining integrated aesthetic offerings and retail/merchandising activations. Marrying corporate skills with indie ingenuity she has led marketing for Eau Thermale Avene and spearheaded rebranding of the Glytone line (Pierre Fabre Group, USA). Ewelina also founded the consultancy group B.I.G. [Branding, Innovation, Growth], providing concept-to-counter solutions, business development expertise, and strategic growth advisement. Ewelina has always balanced left-brain and right-brain thinking and has a distinctly consumer-centric approach to brand building. She is an ingredient and formulary expert with a strong knowledge of ideation to post launch.
