TOLMAR is a Northern Colorado based pharmaceutical research, development, manufacturing and commercial operations company. TOLMAR develops and manufactures both proprietary and generic pharmaceutical products with specific focus in dermatology, oncology, and specialty injectable therapeutic areas.

I am a seasoned HR professional who is passionate about the people and organizations I am a part of. At Platte River Power Authority my focus is to build and develop the programs that attract, develop and retain the best in class talent that drives the continued success of our organization. I am a data-driven HR professional who believes in identifying solutions and sees continuous improvement as a way of life. My professional experiences have provided me the opportunity to solve business challenges that many HR professionals never encounter. I am fortunate to have experience with a broad variety of HR areas of expertise including succession planning, performance management, employee relations, labor relations, recruiting, change management, and many other "nuts and bolts" of managing the people resources of an organization.
