As Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer, my role is to lead the global Tiffany & Co. HR teams to develop and execute people strategies in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. I drive integrated talent management activities, including the acquisition of vital new talents, amplifying our diversity, equity & inclusion commitments, succession / mobility plans for our employees, organizational design and HR strategy development and execution. As a member of the senior management team, I have a passion for continuous improvement, organizational growth and the ongoing success of our talents around the world. With more than 300 retail stores worldwide and a workforce of more than 13,000 employees, Tiffany employees proudly design, manufacture and market jewelry, watches and luxury accessories.
