Monitor the allocation of IT resources across the entire project portfolio identifying, forecasting and communicating resource allocation issues. * Created and managed a Centralized Project Management Office (PMO) for all of Honeywell’s IT divisions and Corporate IT. Aggregated projects, programs and portfolios in order to take advantage of synergies across resources, vendors and technologies. * Leading the organization to SEI/CMMI Level 3 certification as director of the global PMO. * Managing the implementation of ITIL across the IT organization including project preparation, IT service structure definitions, process analysis, process controls, process design and implementation and training.
