 17 years’ experience in the ingredients and chemical distribution industry.  13 years’ experience selling commodity and specialty chemicals and ingredients to the following industries: industrial chemical manufacturing, water treatment, feed mills, food and beverage processing and manufacturing, as well as to other distributors and many other types of industries.  Experience selling large volume, commodity chemicals that are price, freight and time sensitive as well as specialty ingredients and chemicals.  Proven success in building, maintaining and growing sales territories by establishing long term relationships with customers for beneficial growth.  Strong knowledge of the chemical distribution market and challenges that distributors face.  Responsible for developing sales plan, territory budget, target accounts and prospecting within assigned territory.  Responsible for selling to all sizes of accounts, and within all levels of a customer’s organization; including direct sales, distributor sales and supporting national accounts.  Utilize remote office and travel within multi-state geographic territory.
