Highlights: •Led the organizational implementation and transformation from Waterfall to Agile SDLC, specifically implementing Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks, for more than 15 software development teams. •Strategically defined and led the redeployment of a stable and redundant WAN, significant security improvements, and a cloud initiative with disaster recovery to ensure business continuity for an international manufacturing company with revenues of over $120MM. •2017 Winner of TIC Gums’ Department of Excellence Award •Through robust security analysis and testing, have identified numerous significant security vulnerabilities and have managed the projects to repair the exposures. •Led the redevelopment of an e-commerce site to be available internationally which resulted in an increase of over $1MM in sales. •Guest speaker at VMWorld session: Choosing the Ideal Cloud Provider Partner. •Introduced and led the design and implementation of on premise and online SharePoint for multiple companies.
