Thoughtexchange provides software and services to let customers lead insightful group conversations with 5 to 50,000 people. A simple process ensures everyone is heard, everyone learns and important ideas emerge. Thoughtexchange uses patent pending data analysis to provide deep insights to decision leaders so they can take actions that have buy-in. Headquartered in Rossland, British Columbia, Thoughtexchange has a workforce of 50 and has raised $12M to date.

Over the years, my jobs have been varied but the focus has always remained consistent – empowering people to make the world a better place to be. For many years, this was through my work in the Faculty of Global and Community Studies at Capilano University, where I coordinated a degree program, taught a variety of undergraduate courses, and was highly involved in a community-based tourism project in Northern Vietnam. My entrepreneurial mindset has led me to own and operate my own business, create new products and programs in the places I’ve worked, and currently to work with the R&D team in a start-up environment. Now, my focus is on community engagement and empowering leaders to make better decisions through the work I do at Thoughtexchange.
