Although I have over 30 years of benefit consulting experience, in particular in the area of UK pensions and employee benefit consultancy, I have spent the last 15 years helping to create the best employee benefit software in the world.Since 2000, when Chris and I founded Thomsons, we have been turning the world Pink, the colour of our brand and the very essence of Thomsons. Today, our award winning software is used by HR teams and employees in 68 countries and it speaks 15 languages fluently!Over the last 15 years Thomsons Online Benefits has become the market leader in in employee benefit software which we deliver to a diverse range of the world's leading companies, from high performing financial services and pharma to global brand leaders, including 7 of the world's top ten technology companies. It's a vibrant global benefits software business today, we have oodles of fun, and we work extremely hard. Thomsons is chocker block full of 500 wonderfully talented people across three continents who energise me to jump out of bed every morning and lead them, which I can tell you is a total privilege.
