A highly motivated individual with a proven track record in the leadership of Professional Services teams delivering client SaaS solutions through projects and programmes under the most challenging circumstances. With experience from smaller, highly ambitious firms to large corporations and everywhere in between, I’ve developed the balance of looking after our clients, our people and the tools and processes that tie everything together. I've overseen the delivery of hundreds of site implementations across dozens of programmes. Clients have included several of the world's greatest tech companies, highly demanding financial services operations and businesses growing faster than almost any other. We've created partnerships with clients to get the most from their technology to change how they work to streamline their administration, improve their employee engagement and lower their costs. I’ve grown teams and challenged conventions to adapt local solutions to work brilliantly, globally.
