During the past 10 years, I've served as a C-Suite officer in a variety of school districts as well in the non-profit arena. I've served in the capacity of superintendent, associate superintendent and assistant superintendent, chief people officer. My speciality is working with transitioning organizations and non-profits who need support with training and implementation of standard practices. I have over 25 years of senior management services specializing in general operations, human resources and employment experience. I've served as an expert witness in areas of public employment practices.
