I am the Chief of Strategy at Think Together. In this role, I work closely with the CEO, Executive Team and Board of Directors to advance our organization's vision of closing the achievement gap in California. I lead strategic initiatives, long-range planning, mergers and acquisitions and marketing and communications. I am also the primary staff liaison on multiple board committees. Since last year, I've also led our fund development team. Previously, I focused on the growth of Think Together's affiliate Orenda Education. I led the development of an ambitious plan to scale Orenda's proven school improvement approach to more schools, so all kids graduate eligible to attend a 4-year university. I joined Think Together in 2012 and served as Chief Staff for Think Together for nearly five years. Before pursuing my passion for education, I was a management consultant with Mercer in Los Angeles and London, and a Financial Analyst with Goldman Sachs in New York. I attended Columbia University and Colorado College, earning dual degrees in Industrial Engineering and International Political Economy.
