I am seeking a leadership role to capitalize on my management experience, my understanding of business applications for technology, and my technical background. I have over 25 years experience in the high tech industry including 15+ years experience leading and managing engineering teams responsible for highly available, complex, global, enterprise level systems for the partner program for Sun Microsystems and Oracle. I have managed highly technical teams of 40 technical staff including project managers, business analysts, Java engineers, database & report engineers, web developers, system administrators, quality assurance engineers and user experience designers. I am looking for a leadership role that would benefit from my experience of the last 15+ years of my career focused on management including close interaction with executive management, IT and the business owners allowing me to influence, negotiate, understand, define, resource and prioritize projects for my team to deliver on schedule, on budget and with high quality results.
