Moreover, I work with C-suite and business leads to assess opportunity v/s risk and balance flexibility with financial stewardship. ➣ At Thermon Industries, I hired key positions of Corporate Controller, Treasurer, Director of Finance, and Director of Sarbanes-Oxley controls. Here, I also mentored the CEO, VP-Global Sales, VP-Operations, VP of Development, as well as other key officials on the IPO process. My efforts in leading due diligence, strategic fit analysis, valuation, and post-acquisition integration for a multi-million-dollar platform business were highly appreciated by the board. To ensure business continuity and prosperity, I raised millions from successful primary and secondary equity offerings, bond debt, and term loan facilities. ➣ In a highly visible executive leadership role at Forgent Networks Inc., we succeeded in generating millions in new product revenue and achieved EBITDA profitability in two years. Here, I strengthened compliance and internal controls, developed a strategy for organizational rebranding, and introduced an internal audit process that was later adopted organization wide.
